R&D Systems TNF alpha ELISA kit was used in 2003 by Terese Persson-Dajotoy et al. to study TNF alpha expression in human eosinophils, and by Shigeru Okumura et al. to study TLR4- and Fc{epsilon}RI mediated gene expression in human mast cells, and in 2004 by Thorsten Hagemann et al. to study up-regulation of matrix metalloproteases by TNF alpha, and by Iveta Iontcheva et al. to study moesin role in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated signal transduction.
