mdl_no:MFCD01323189
mol wt:antigen mol wt 143 kDa (reduced);antigen mol wt 220 kDa (non-reduced)
specificity:Reacts specifically with the alpha2 subunit of the DHP receptor. Strong reactivity is observed with the alpha2 subunit in rat, mouse, guinea pig, rabbit skeletal and cardiac muscle, and rat brain and lung tissue. Weaker reactivity is observed with rat kidney, liver and spleen tissues. By immunohistochemistry, double rows of discrete punctate staining represent pairs of triads on the opposing sides of the Z-lines.
