| Uses: | This antibody can be used for ELISA and Western Blot. In Western Blot, preliminary experiments gave an approx 45kDa band in Human Lymph Node lysate after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of 33.9kDa according to NP_005252 and NP_859053 (both variants encode identical protein). The 45kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
