Catalog Code:NB120-6323
Product Name:COP beta Antibody
Product Description:Mouse Monoclonal anti-COP beta (maD)
Clone:maD
Clonality:Monoclonal
ListPrice:295
Immunogen:Synthetic peptide conjugated to KLH, corresponding to amino acids 701-715 of COP (beta).
Specificity:Recognizes an epitope in the beta-COP protein (110kD). The antibody stains the periphery of the Golgi complex in immunohistology using cultured cells.
Cross Reactivity:Cross-reacts with Hamster, Human, Rat and Monkey. Not yet tested in other species.
Packaging:0.1 ml of Mouse ascites.
Uses:IF: Use at a dilution of 1/80 using methanol/acetone or paraformaldehyde fixation, followed by a permeabilization step. Strong immunofluorescent staining is confined mainly to the central perinuclear area in the cell. May be used for micro-injection into cells.
Storage:Store at 4C short term.  Aliquot and store at -20C long term.  Avoid freeze thaw cycles.
Purity:Ascites
Isotype:IgG1
Host Name:Mouse
Application Summary:immunohistochemistry Use at an assay dependent dilution, immunofluorescence 1/80, Western Blot 1/1000, Immunocytochemistry Use at an assay dependent dilution, AF: Use at an assay dependent dilution
Species Summary:Ha, Hu, Mk, Rt,
Package Size:0.1 ml
Preservative:15mM Sodium Azide
