| Clone: | 37203.111 |
| Clonality: | Monoclonal |
| ListPrice: | 295 |
| Concentration: | 0.5 mg/ml |
| Immunogen: | Recombinant full length protein (Human), expressed in Escherichia coli. |
| Specificity: | In immunoblotting, the antibody shows no cross-reactivity with recombinanthuman VEGF, PDGFAA, PDGFAB, and PDGFBB. |
| Cross Reactivity: | Cross-reacts with Human. Not yet tested in other species. |
| Packaging: | 0.1 mg Protein G purified Mouse ascites. |
| Uses: | ELISA: For capture ELISAs, this product can be used as the capture antibody. Use at a working concentration in combination with a biotinylated PlGF polyclonal detection antibody at 100 ng/ml (100 ul/well). WB: The detection limit for recombinant human placental growth factor is approximately 20 ng/lane and 300 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Homodimeric recombinant PlGF migrates as an approximately 29 kDa protein. |
| Localization: | The three isoforms are secreted but PlGF2 appears to remain cell attached unless released by heparin. |
| Storage: | Store at 4C short term. Aliquot and store at -20C long term. Avoid freeze thaw cycles. |
