Product Description:Sheep Polyclonal anti-TRPC3
Clonality:Polyclonal
ListPrice:295
Omim ID:TRPC3_RAT
Immunogen:A synthetic peptide as a part of rat short transient receptor potential channel 3 (TRPC3) conjugated to immunogenic carrier protein was used as the immunogen.
Specificity:Appears to be specific for TRPC3.
Cross Reactivity:Rat. Other species not yet tested.
Packaging:0.1 ml of Whole antisera antibody
Uses:IHC, WB. A dilution of 1 : 300 to 1 : 4000 is recommended. The optimal dilution should be determined by the end user.
Background:FUNCTION: Thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. Activated by diacylglycerol (DAG) in a membrane-delimited fashion, independently of protein kinase C, and by inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate receptors (ITPR) with bound IP3. May also be activated by internal calcium store depletion.; SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein (Probable).
Storage:Store at 4C for short-term. Aliquot and store at -20C for long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity:Whole antisera
Host Name:Sheep
Buffer:Lyophilised in PBS
Application Summary:immunohistochemistry , Western Blot 1:300 to 1:4000
Species Summary:Rt.
Alternate Names:anti-Short transient receptor potential channel 3 antibody, anti-transient receptor potential cation channel antibody, anti-subfamily C antibody, anti-member 3 antibody
Package Size:0.1 ml
Preservative:No Preservative
Notes Main:Reconstitute in 100 ul of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
