This antibody is useful in the localization of granzyme B containing lytic granules and for the characterization of activated CTLs or NK cells. This antibody crossreacts with mouse and rat. |

This occurs as part of cell mediated immune responses, and can activate apoptosis in target cells by both caspase dependent and caspase independent mechanisms. |
