| Uses: | This antibody can be used in Western Blot where 25kDa and 70kDa bands are seen in Mouse Brain lysate. This is in agreement with Ho HY.. et al. (Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A 2001 Sep 25;98(20):11306-11). The CR16 ORF predicts a 49-kDa protein with an unusually high proline content (32%), which likely contributes to its aberrant migration at 67 kDa on SDS/PAGE and perhaps its reduced dye binding.
