Packaging:0.1 mg Immunogen affinity purified Goat antisera.
Uses:This antibody can be used in Western Blot where 80kDa and 35KDa bands are seen in HeLa cell lysates. The 35kDa band could be cell/tissue specific. For example, Thome et al., [J. Biol. Chem, Nov 2000; 275: 35233 - 35241] observed that brain expressed a 40-45-kDa protein that reacted strongly with the anti-Orc3 antibody. Moreover, splice prediction software (http://www.bioinformatics.ucla.edu/ASAP/) indicated the possibility of a shorter isoform. Recommended Starting Dilutions*:Western Blot: 0.5-2 ug/ml*Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user.
Background:ORC3L is involved in DNA replication origin binding.
