| Uses: | This antibody can be used for peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. *Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 55kDa and 48kDa band in Human Brain and Placenta lysates at 1ug/ml, incubation with the immunizing peptide blocked the 55kDa band only. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 75kDda according to NP_036287. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field. |
