Specificity:NB100-63342 recognises mouse CD117, a 150kD cell surface molecule that is otherwise known as the Kit, or c-kit, receptor. Clone 2B8 recognises an epitope within the extracellular region of CD117. In mice, CD117 is predominantly expressed on multipotent haematopoietic stem cells from the adult bone marrow and foetal liver.
CrossReactivity:Mouse. Not yet tested in other species.
