HPK1 is involved in many cellular signalling cascades; including MAPK signalling, antigen receptor signalling, apoptosis, growth factor signalling, and cytokine signalling. HPK1 also negatively regulates T-cell receptor signalling and T cell-mediated immune responses, and is thought to be a life/death switch in T lymphocytes. |
