CatalogCode:NB100-403
ProductName:Replication Factor C 4 Antibody
Product Description:Rabbit Polyclonal anti-Replication Factor C 4
Clonality:Polyclonal
Immunogen:A 23 amino acid synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of the human Replication Factor C 4, 37 kDa subunit encoded within exon 2 (locusLink ID 5984).
Specificity:NB 100-403 reacts with human RFC p37.
CrossReactivity:Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse RFC p37 is unlikely owing to divergence of sequence from the peptide used for immunization.
Packaging:0.1 ml (1 mg/ml) of affinity purified antisera prepared in Tris-citrate/phosphate (pH 7-8) with 0.1% sodium azide.
Uses:NB 100-403 may be used for Western Blot and immunoprecipitation. Suggested working dilutions: *Western Blot - 1:1,000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry - NDImmunoprecipitation - 2-4 ug/mg lysate*The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.
Background:Human replication factor C (RFC) is a hetero-pentameric protein. RFC p37 (RFC4) encodes subunit 4 of the RFC complex, which functions in DNA checkpoint control. It plays a role in mitotic cohesion and condensation.
Storage:Store at 4C.  Do not freeze.
