| Uses: | This antibody has been tested in peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Preliminary experiments gave an approx 50kDa band in Human Breast and in Human EBV immortilized lymphoblastoid lysates after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observed given the MW of 21.7kDa according to NP_057203.1. The 50kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field. Recommended dilution: ELISA 1/2,000. *Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. |
