What is the best searching strategy?
The best way to identify reagents in ExactAntigen is to input protein accession number or gene symbols.
I have an organism that nobody has made any antibodies about it, what can I do?
Type in the species name to see whether there is any proteins in your organism that have antibodies or have crossreactive antibodies predicted by ExactAntigen algorithm.
When I browse through the ExactAntigen database, I did not see some of proteins I am looking for, what can I do?
You can search for the accesion number in NCBI website and use the accession number to identify any antibodies and other reagents. Or contact ExactAntigen if you would like to conduct specialized browsing and searching functions.
